Ritu brings over 20 years of diversified experience in Instrumentation & Control Systems, project engineering, project management, and HSED leadership within Refining, Petrochemical, and Renewable Energy industries. Her career began in Instrumentation and Control Systems engineering, progressing into multidisciplinary leadership roles including Project Engineering Manager (PEM), Program Manager (PM), and Health, Safety & Environmental Design (HSED) Manager. She has extensive experience across all project phases, including Process Design Package (PDP), Basic Engineering Package (BEP), Front End Engineering & Design (FEED), Detailed Engineering Design (DED), field engineering, construction support, commissioning, and project closeout. Ritu has consistently demonstrated strong technical leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams. As HSED Manager, Ritu leads the integration of Fire & Safety, Environmental, and Process Safety disciplines to ensure alignment with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and project objectives. In parallel with her HSED leadership responsibilities, she has also served in Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager roles, supporting overall project execution, client coordination, construction and turnaround support, risk management, and project closeout activities. Her combined technical, project management, and HSED experience enables her to effectively drive safety, execution excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and successful project delivery across large-scale capital projects.
