Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands
I am a University Lecturer at Tilburg University within the Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, where I combine psychology, behavioral science, and a practical mindset to support student learning and development. My academic background includes an MSc in Social and Health Psychology from Utrecht University, with a strong interest in behavior change, motivation, and the factors that shape how people make decisions and grow. Before moving into academia, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant at The Chain Company. That experience continues to influence my teaching style: approachable, applied, and centered around people. Across both academia and industry, the common thread in my work is people: fostering growth, encouraging collaboration, and creating environments where individuals can develop and thrive.
