About

I'm a researcher, urbanist and architect with a special interest in migration studies, human-environment interactions and urban development. Over a period of 15 years I've worked in diverse roles involving scientific research, product development, project management and advocacy. I have had the privilege of working with multicultural teams across varied global settings on themes such as civic engagement, governance, housing and environment, climate change, sustainable livelihoods and tactical urbanism among others. My doctoral research focuses on how place bonds influence settlement intentions among migrants in peripheral cities.
