I have earned my Master of Social Work degree in May 2025 through the Joint Master of Social Work Program through North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I have years of dedicated social work experience in health and human services, and I focus my efforts on fostering cultural relevance and dismantling barriers to enhance individuals' quality of life. I provide specialized person-centered support to diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent community, individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, people of all educational levels, age groups, and ethnicities. I achieve this by offering tailored resources, targeted skill-enhancement trainings, and therapeutic interventions, such as motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other effective client-centered approaches.
