WORK PROFILE. > Plan and coordinate Smart Card production in Full Auto Punching and Lamination Line (Wuhan Wenlin Technology). > Controlling Smart Card Punching and Lamination work, Make changes in punching program, Check the working of related machines connected to Punching and Lamination machine. > Maintaining the temperature cycle for lamination work. > Quality Control of Smart Card, Effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize Smart Card production. > Identify unsafe operations and practices in Lamination machine and report the same to Manager immediately, Perform analysis to reduce PVC card. > Evaluate current Smart Card production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
