- Graduate of bachelor of science in hotel and restaurant management. - 11 years of hotel and restaurant (kitchen setting) relevant experience - Language ability: ENGLISH, ARABIC, tagalog - Impassioned with culinary arts with a wide spectrum of discipline - Asian and western dishes. - Able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy. - Clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement.

- prepares the stocks to be utilized for the day and perform daily routine check of the area. - supervises the team in delivering customer service and implements expectation.
