- Designed and developed a system to handle shipments (air, ocean, and land), mainly using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL. - Integrated with a legacy ERP platform (Sage) and led the migration of invoices, orders, and other data into it.
Worked on tons of things with some really smart people.
This was kind of my first step into open-source software development. I did some work on building static code analyzers and helped a bit with community maintenance. I got into AST-level code analysis, spent time playing around with language grammars mostly using ANTLR4, and contributed a bit to ANTLR4 grammars. https://github.com/coala/coala
Learned ML(mostly NLP), built models to detect duplicate issues on GitLab, and tag the right developers for issues based on their expertise shown in their code commits. Got them production-ready and worked on improving performance in terms of latency, accuracy, and more.
