Dr. Rishi Kapal, Ph.D - Founder of The LEAD Circuits (a #StanfordLEAD Alumni Initiative) and Teenzclap Futureworks Private Limited Specialist in Leadership Psychology, International Education & Human Capital Development I am a global speaker and strategist specialising in leadership, international education, and human capital development. Academically, a Stanford LEAD alumnus with a Ph.D. in Leadership Psychology, dual master’s degrees in Business Management, a law and engineering degree, I have over three decades of experience across global corporations and academia. My five published books and numerous engagements continue to inspire leaders to combine human insight with business strategy for sustainable growth. As the former Managing Director of Sony Mobile India, Rishi I deep professional and cultural ties with Japan, shaping my understanding of its education and innovation ecosystems. Professionally, I am actively working on fostering collaborations between Indian high schools and Japanese educational institutions to promote global learning pathways. I am a frequent visitor to Japan and engages with many academia and corporate ecosystems for relationship development. My corporate leadership journey includes key CXO roles at Qualcomm, Ericsson, and Castrol, managing P&L portfolios exceeding USD 150–200 million. I currently live in Mumbai and am an Adjunct Faculty with a few academic institutions of repute.
