• The TMO at The Civil Defence Academy, training academy of the Singapore Civil Defence Force. • Supervised the logistics matters for all training conducted in Civil Defence Academy. This included ensuring adequate medical coverage and safety measures along with all necessary supporting appliances and equipment from external fire stations are present before training. • Key point of contact managing an off-site training facility open to the entire SCDF, requiring multi-tasking, budgeting, and self-organisation.
• Offered a bespoke course to select locations/schools on their PAV systems. • This bespoke course provided students and staff with working knowledge on audio mixing, types and uses of equipment specifically available at their location, optimising them to maximise output and improve work efficiency. •This course also covered chain of command during events and understanding basic delegation techniques allowing students/staff to possess better control over their teams and improve overall efficiency.
