· Served as the test lead for Akamai’s Resource optimizer product placed under the the web performance group umbrella. · Spearheaded end to end testing and release activities for three major features with business value of over $1M. Successfully shipped features on schedule and with zero defects. · Designed and developed automation framework to allow testing of releases in production environment. Was able to mitigate two critical customer incidents by testing 200K customer URLs in under 15 mins. · Was able to achieve a 75% reduction in testing time( 80 mins to 20 mins) through enhancement of test processes and automation code.
· Product owner - Netscaler migration tool : Spearheaded development of a migration test framework spanning across all 12 feature teams of Citrix Netscaler. Led a team of three interns and collaboration across 12 teams and 24 engineers. Was able to achieve a 95% reduction in migration related customer issues , 1 week reduction in release cycle time and savings of ~100 man-hours per release. · Served as the test owner for Netscaler high availability and cluster synchronization,migration feature groups.Performed activities ranging from test plan and automation development, release management and stakeholder communication.
