My role center around streamlining processes and minimizing & streamlining manual tasks through innovative automation solutions in Salesforce (SFDC) Key Responsibilities : Account , Lead & Territory Management : Account & territory assignments, account merge, deduping of accounts. Lead routing to territories Opportunity & Quote Management : Opportunity assignment, split, ARR forecasting. Process Optimization : Identify and implement automation strategies that reduce manual workloads, allowing the sales team to focus on driving results. Proficient in using Demand Tool & Salesforce Inspector Data Insights: Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards ( SFDC ) that ensure data accuracy, supporting effective account and opportunity management . Forecasting Support: Utilize analytical tools to enhance forecasting accuracy, enabling informed decision-making across the sales organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales operations align with strategic objectives, contributing to MongoDB's mission of empowering innovators worldwide.
