This involved: ● P&L management for multiple lines of business ● Deliver Margin growth through financial analysis and business decision making. ●Working capital and Inventory management for the entire line of business ● Plan, forecast and variance analysis P&L and various line items. Partnering with business teams to mitigate any deviations from the plan ● Identify opportunities to improve performance through analytics around discounting/mix of products and overall inventory management. ● Vendor negotiations and P&L improvement
