As a Program Manager at OneOC, I oversee workshops, certificate programs, leadership initiatives, and custom trainings that support nonprofit professionals, volunteers, and community leaders across Orange County. - Drove the rebranding of the Nonprofit Learning Center, increasing visibility and positioning it as a leading resource center for nonprofit professional development - Identified and developed customized training engagements as a new revenue stream, strengthening nonprofit partnerships and supporting capacity-building. - Cultivated, solicited, and stewarded corporate partners; designed 2 sponsorship packages aligned with donor interests and program priorities to secure $25,000 of funding for program growth. - Built strong relationships with 60 nonprofit CEO’s, senior leaders and community partners, who served as volunteer trainers and facilitators, supporting program growth and community engagement. - Partnered with leadership to activate the nonprofit advisory council as a strategic feedback group, helping guide program development through direct input from nonprofit leaders across Orange County - Managed the development and execution of segmented email newsletters and social media content, overseeing the content calendar and tailoring messaging for diverse audiences to increase engagement and drive participation in revenue-generating initiatives. - Utilized Salesforce to track donor engagement, manage relationships, and support revenue reporting.
- Oversaw day-to-day operations of the Center, supervising program staff and an intern while driving program execution and organizational priorities. - Partnered with the Center Director to identify and cultivate donors in support of a capital campaign, and to engage prospective board members. - Managed a faculty-driven consulting program delivering customized training to corporate and municipal partners, generating $100,000+ in revenue. - Built and managed partnerships with organizations including Edwards Lifesciences, Hyundai Capital America, and the City of Anaheim to expand program reach and revenue. - Collaborated with the Finance Committee to develop and manage the annual budget, conducting monthly reviews to track performance and ensure accurate revenue reporting. - Coordinated Board of Directors and Advisory Board meetings in partnership with the Center Director, supporting governance and stakeholder engagement. - Partnered with the college development team to execute donor-facing events, including a center naming celebration and groundbreaking for Landmark Hall.
- Executed the planning and execution of the Annual Leadership Awards fundraiser, raising $100,000+, securing 40+ corporate sponsors, and engaging 350+ attendees. - Managed the Bringing Learning to Work program, partnering with corporate organizations and California State University, Fullerton faculty to deliver customized leadership and training engagements. - Directed the Leadership Scholars student program and advised the Leadership Scholars Alumni Board, strengthening student and alumni engagement and long-term affinity with the Center.
