As Environment and Permitting Manager at Ørsted within region Europe and UK Construction, I play a central role across all project phases—from bidding to construction—ensuring permitting, environmental compliance, and land rights are seamlessly managed. Previously, I served as Head of Energy & Industry at Gottlieb Paludan Architects, part of AFRY, where I focused on guiding complex infrastructure and energy projects through regulatory landscapes while balancing environmental, legal, financial, and time constraints. In addition to leading tender strategies and positioning GPA competitively in the market, I also acted as a client consultant—primarily advising international clients on the development of data centers and pharmaceutical facilities. My background includes extensive experience with urban development and land acquisition during my time at COWI, where I worked on business cases and land due diligence for major development zones in Denmark. I was the project manager for land rights on landmark infrastructure projects such as the Baltic Pipe (Energinet’s new gas pipeline), the Greater Copenhagen Light Rail (linking Ishøj to Lyngby), and the Copenhagen–Ringsted high-speed rail line. Strategic management is another key area of my expertise, with a strong focus on innovation and digitalization to drive smarter, more sustainable project outcomes.
