Dallas, Texas, United States
I lead ASH+LIME, a firm focused on bottom-up, place-based community revitalization. I work in downtowns, neighborhoods, corridors, and aging shopping centers to help communities create places with more life, more local energy, and more reasons for people to show up and stay. My work often centers on small businesses, storefront activation, and stronger third places, the everyday places that make a community feel active, rooted, and real. I believe every place has more potential than standard planning approaches often know how to see. The work is to find it, build on it, and map the next practical steps that can turn good intentions into visible momentum. I’ve helped move projects from talk to action in more than 30 communities, from rural towns to major cities. I don’t do plans that sit on the shelf. I help communities build traction, make progress visible, and move forward.
