Facilitator - Organizational and Community Change.
Set direction for the Santa Ana Unified School District. Provide basic organizational structure for the District by establishing policies. Ensure accountability. Provide community leadership on behalf of the District and public education.
I plan, design and facilitate participatory community planning efforts to support social movement organizations, philanthropy, and public agencies dedicated to changing systems and policies to create better outcomes for low-income and marginalized communities.
I served as Board Member and President for Delhi Center, a nonprofit in Santa Ana, CA, dedicated to helping families and communities achieve financial successful.
I provided support to community partnerships, public agencies, and foundations seeking to improve results for children and families in economically and socially distressed neighborhoods in Southern California and across the United States.
