Assesment, analysis, and optimization IP/MPLS link capacity based on weekly report. 3. Assesment, analysis, and optimization regional incident cases (IP/MPLS Backbone congestion due to FO Cut/DWDM Link Issue) 4. Assesment, analysis, and optimization based on Service KQI report. 5. Coordinate with all teams including Planning, Back Office, , and Operation Team to support process troubleshoot & speed up program. 6.
