Operationally led global laboratory logistics services with focus on product development and service expansion. Introduced extended service offering e.g. biological sample lifecycle management, bidirectional edc - lab data integration. Led departmental projects to optimize revenue & margin. Representative of the department on corporate level e.g. as Order to Cash business lead when introducing ASC606 accounting standards. Acted as mentor and coach to Parexel’s commercial organization covering the entire logistics service portfolio. Expanded services into new markets, including China and Japan. Delivered key projects in adjacent markets e.g. biobank transfer, risk biomarker testing, commercial companion diagnostics. Co-led global restructuring and value stream mapping initiatives. Delivered major projects, including the first fully integrated studies in China and Japan and direct-from-patient logistics.
