• Lead, mentor and support a team of 6 QA testers from India and 6 from Colombia towards outlined goals and ensure the achievement of the Client's objectives. • Identify and mitigate risks, manage blockers, prioritize tasks, across the multiple web applications the client manages in Salesforce. • Ensure effective reporting to leadership and stakeholders in Jira and Confluence. • Train and support the team in automated testing and Katalon Studio, increasing their skills. • Design, manage and execute Test Strategies, Test Cases, Manual, Automated, Smoke and Regression Tests. • Design and execute API tests with Postman on IVR Outage. • Support in the planning and execution of Load tests in Apache Jmeter. Achievement: Minimize by 20% the execution times of regression tests leveraged on test automation.
• Create, manage and execute test cases for Opelika and NEC applications, reporting to Jira. • Defect Management. • Design of good practices to implement test automation (Selenium WebDriver with CSharp). • Ensure effective weekly reporting to leadership. Achievement: Developed an App in C+ to simulate the main transactions of the electrical service, to facilitate the testing process.
• Create the Quality Assurance area in the ePx Factory. • Lead, mentor and support the QA team, aligning them with good practices and Agile methodologies. • Plan, assign tasks, and monitor team progress with Azure Test Plans. • Train the team on test automation (UFT One) and load testing (Apache Jmeter). • Prioritize and manage the testing processes to be carried out. • Attend and participate in requirements definition meetings. • Ensure quality and integrity on ongoing ePx Releases by maintaining, adding, and improving test case sets. • Coordinate with the development team the implementation of CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and Jenkins. Achievement: Successful creation and training of the QA area.
• Lead, plan, and assign activities to consultants for the execution of test projects. • Create and manage proposals, make presentations and proof of concepts to clients. • Prioritize projects and provide support in the successful and efficient closure of projects. • Install, configure, migrate, and train testing personnel on the following HPE Test Suite tools: HPE Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), HPE Application Lifecycle Management Octane (ALM Octane), HPE Unified Functional Testing (UFT), HPE Mobile Center, HPE Service Virtualization, HPE LoadRunner. • Consulting and support in manual and automated testing, training in good practices in the use of testing tools. Achievement: Successful implementation of the HPE Test Suite in large clients such as Bancolombia, Banco Davivienda, Banco Agrario, Banco Bogota, Colpatria and ATH, among others.
• Create the Test Plan and Strategy for test execution. • Infrastructure Design for the implementation of testing tools. • Install, configure, migrate, and train testing personnel on the following HP Test Suite tools: HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), HP Quick Test Professional (QTP) and HP LoadRunner. • Consulting and support in manual and automated testing, training in good practices in the use of testing tools. Achievement: Successful implementation of the HP QA suite with clients in Latin America.
• Advise test teams on testing methodology and good practices. • Install, configure, and train testing personnel on the following Compuware tools: Test Director and QARun. • Design and execution of year 2000 (Y2K) tests. • Diseñar y ejecutar consultas de SQL para MySQL, SQL SERVER y ORACLE. • Development of applications in C++, Java, and Compuware UNIFACE. Achievement: Pioneers in training and support in good practices to new or recent areas of QA in Latin America.
