Over thirty years in the test industry has provided experience in all facets of semiconductor manufacturing. The ability to build and/or lead teams, from three reports to over fifty, has been demonstrated repeatedly. Clear concise communications to the board, peers, or customers is a continually proven talent. Hands-on technical skill for test program development, data collection and analysis, and test start up has been a mainstay of my career. Specialties: Building an infrastructure for test, data collection, and data analysis. I have developed test programs from scratch on many ATE platforms. Development of strip test, highly parallel probe, and similar projects. Design, development, and implementation, of full characterization plans for ATE and semiconductor devices are proven accomplishments. I have a track record that includes course development and conducting training for, and to, ATE manufacturers and users.
