I’m Director of Growth & Operations at Skipso, where I help organisations design, launch and scale high-impact programmes and ecosystems. Skipso is an AI-powered platform for multi-stakeholder programmes, helping enterprises, public-sector organisations, universities and ecosystem leaders manage everything from innovation challenges and startup programmes to grants, awards, expert networks, research hubs and partner marketplaces. Our platform brings together the key infrastructure needed to run complex programmes in one place: • Branded portals and application journeys • Configurable workflows and stage-gates • Human and AI-assisted evaluation • Reviewer, mentor and expert management • Matchmaking between people, organisations and opportunities • Community engagement, content, events and resources • Pipeline tracking, analytics and auditable decision-making The goal is simple: help organisations attract the right participants, evaluate them fairly, activate their ecosystem and track outcomes with confidence. At Skipso, I work across growth, operations, product positioning and client strategy, supporting both our commercial direction and the delivery of scalable platform solutions for global clients. We support organisations including Bayer, Telefónica, Deloitte, the California Energy Commission, Milan Innovation District and other enterprise, government and ecosystem-led programmes around the world. Deltra is a niche supplier of Programme, Project and Change professionals focusing on business transformation. They provide interim management services for organisations in need of support to strengthen their programme and project teams. I was responsible for establishing, managing and growing a client base in the Travel and Transport vertical. This was an area in which we had no existing clients. By the time I left we grew the portfolio from nothing to a point at which it was generating circa £1.2 million revenue per year.
