At Gotmic we design and build millimeter-wave semiconductors, modules and system-in-package solutions for defense & radar, space systems and telecom. Led a team of PhD-level engineers and owned R&D resource planning. Project lead for customized RF system-in-package solutions developed together with customers.
Led the development of the packaging and integration technology used across Gotmic's product portfolio. Coordinated national and EU-funded research projects with partners in industry and academia.
Responsible for production and quality of Gotmic's MMIC products, working closely with semiconductor fabs and manufacturing partners.
