Like working in an international environment to improve the performance of processes, to make them more market driven and customer focused. Worked for Philips Semiconductors and Airbus where I built up the following comptences: consulting, project / programme / product management, sales and marketing, M&A, performance management and improvement. At Airbus Helicopters I'm currently involved in a company wide transformation process to reduce cost and to improve performance of our logistic processes and I’m coordinating our support and service activities for Africa and Middle East.
