I have a proven track record for delivering real results in the most challenging markets and businesses. Results are achieved through strategic and creative sales/marketing strategies steeped in benchmarking not only competitors but like industries, techniques learned throughout my career/education, and employing organizational competentcies. I've managed product lines ranging from $40-$100M in size. Turning around failing or underperforming sales channels is my strength. I have an extremely diverse background in the electrical industry. I began my career in 1990 as an Electrical Engineer with John Brown Engineering, an A/E firm in Mt. Vernon, IN. Three years later I moved into the sales and marketing field by accepting an Industrial Automation Specialist position with WESCO Distribution. The position gave me experience with the electrical wholesaling industry. In 1998, I accepted a position with the Siemens Industrial Service Division as a Regional Account Manager. I was accepted into the Siemens Leadership Assessment Program in 2001 and successfully completed the program in 2002. In 2003, I was named Siemens Service Divsion employee of the year and given the Silver Award. I was assigned as the Utilty Segment Business Development Manager in 2004 to develop utility strategic allinances. In October of 2004, I accepted a Global Sales Management position with Eaton for the Predictive Diagnositcs Product Line. In 2006 I accepted a position as the Western/Central Zone Management position for the Surge Protection business unit and shortly thereafter became the National Sales Manager for this business unit. In 2010 I became the Americas Sales Manager for Surge and Power Correction product lines, a position I hold today. I completed my MBA Degree in April of 2008 with honors.
