Project manager for a 2 year, $650k point-of-sale Data Warehouse that included business requirements definition, data gathering, data cleansing, database design and development, and reporting progress to upper management. Project resulted in yearly sales growth of $1.5m. Project was delivered on time and within budget. Project Manager for a $1m, 9 month project to install 3 sites with a bar code scanning enabled Warehouse Management System (WMS). Worked with, coordinated, communicated and negotiated with Software vendors, Hardware vendors, Warehouse vendors, and management. Project was delivered on time and within budget. Delivered a breakout session about implementation of the WMS to over 100 people at a MARC Global Systems User Conference.
