In 2010 I ran for County Commissioner in Collin County. The County's Commissioner's Court is the executive body for the county in charge of funding the criminal justice system of the county. The Commissioner's Court also is in charge of road projects in the county.

Assisted in the coordination of transfer of telecommunication infrastructure of the U.S. Army to the Government of the Republic of Panama(GOP). Included in this was the transfer of Ft. Davis and Ft. Espinar and general interface to the GOP‟s telephone monopoly INTEL. Assisted in the development of the 1998-2003 budget and the 2000-2015 budget estimates for the 106th Signal Brigade. Assisted in the creation of the FY96 and FY97 projects plan Coordinated the completion of the Geographic Information System for the telecommunication infrastructure of the Corozal Defense Site. Created prototype of telecommunications project tracking database. Developed planning and treaty implementation presentations for upper management and for delivery to the Government of Panama. Assisted on the initial stages of microwave path profile studies for Pacific-Atlantic link.
