The frontier of computing isn’t in the next GPU cluster. It lives at the intersection of quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence — and I’ve spent the last several years at Entanglement, Inc. building exactly there, with a 30-year body of work and two U.S. Army validation reports as proof. As Lead Engineer, I architect the mathematics and algorithms behind Entanglement’s core products: GroundTruth™ and seQure — a quantum-classical hybrid cybersecurity platform independently validated by the U.S. Army as the world’s fastest anomaly detection system. We operate at 120 million inferences per second, surfacing threats in under one second where legacy systems take hours, days, or simply fail. That result is in the federal public record — two published U.S. Army CRADA validation reports, not a benchmark deck. My conviction, reflected in peer-reviewed publications on QUBO models, quantum-inspired optimization, and 3D RNA folding prediction, is this: AI and quantum computing are not parallel revolutions. They are one. The fusion of quantum-mechanical computation with AI reasoning — what I call AI/Quantum Fusion — is the computational substrate civilization’s hardest problems demand. The path to superintelligence runs through that fusion, not around it. Before Entanglement, I co-founded Meta-Analytics and conceived AlphaQUBO — a next-generation QUBO optimization solver that surpassed industry benchmarks and shipped commercially on AWS Marketplace. At Hansen Technologies, I led cloud demo innovation that helped win over $300 million in new contracts. Earlier in my career, I designed and delivered a rating and quoting engine deployed across 10,000+ eBay servers — and built a product catalog architecture that became the foundation of what is now the global Amdocs Optima billing system. Thirty years of building across defense, telecommunications, finance, and quantum-AI has forged a single discipline: translating mathematics that lives at the boundary of computation into systems that run in production, at scale, under the constraints that matter. That is what I do at Entanglement, and what I have always done. If you are building at the intersection of quantum-AI, defense technology, or sovereign AI — let’s connect.
Entanglement engineers intelligence at the intersection of quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence — a founding member of the U.S. Quantum Economic Development Consortium (QED-C), with 65,000+ research citations, 26+ patents, and two world records in computational benchmarking. • Architected GroundTruth™ and seQure — Entanglement’s quantum-classical cybersecurity platform, independently validated by the U.S. Army (two CRADA reports) as the world’s fastest anomaly detection system: 120M inferences/second, threat detection in under one second vs. hours or days for legacy systems. 1,000× faster than any known prior technology. • Designed quantum-inspired solver to run on accelerated Groq Tensor Streaming Processor — deploying quantum-logic inference at machine speed on classical silicon. • Delivered Quantum Financial Portfolio Optimization — applying QUBO/PUBO formulations to high-dimensional constrained financial optimization problems. • Contributed to seQure Ground-Truth™, launched May 2026 as behavioral defense for Mythos-class cyber threats: detecting unknown, machine-speed attacks in under one second without signatures, rules, or pre-labeled data. • Co-authored peer-reviewed publications on quantum-inspired optimization and QUBO models, contributing to Entanglement’s 26+ issued and pending patents and 65,000+ research citations. • Operated within the U.S. national quantum strategy as part of a QED-C founding-member team that chairs working groups, authors policy roadmaps, and shapes federal quantum standards.
• Conceived and launched AlphaQUBO — a next-generation QUBO optimization solver that surpassed industry benchmarks in solution quality and speed, then shipped commercially on AWS Marketplace. • Led end-to-end product strategy, R&D, and go-to-market vision — taking AlphaQUBO from research concept to a commercially available cloud product.
• Led cloud demo innovation that helped win $300M+ in new contracts — translating complex BSS/OSS technology into decisive technical proof points for CTOs and engineering leaders. • Built scalable cloud environments for CPQ, EPC, and OSS product showcases — architecting demonstration infrastructure that matched enterprise-scale production requirements. • Engaged directly with CTOs and senior engineering teams at global telecoms to shape strategic deal architecture and influence multi-year technology decisions.
• Served as technical bridge alongside global sales executives, architecting and demonstrating Comverse ONE and Kenan platform solutions for enterprise and carrier clients worldwide — supporting RFIs, RFPs, PoCs, benchmarks, and trade show demonstrations. • Comverse ONE Product Catalog: architected and delivered a new graphical product catalog interface in Java using TMF Forum standards — the solution became a core component of what is now the global Amdocs Optima billing system, deployed worldwide. • Salesforce Integration with Comverse ONE: designed an event-driven integration using Salesforce streaming APIs to synchronize product catalogs, custom quoting, order management, and provisioning workflow — generating significant new revenue for the Kenan platform.
• Senior member of Comverse’s prototype labs — researched emerging technologies, engineered and delivered integrations with strategic partners, and performed M&A technical due diligence. • Designed and delivered a web-based rating and quoting engine deployed across 10,000+ eBay servers — built in J2EE/JNI/C++/JCA for high-throughput embedded environments. • Designed Kenan adapter for Digital Route’s Active Mediation platform; proved integration via a SIP application server enabling VoIP call control in an IMS network — enabling Kenan to integrate with next-generation carrier networks. • Delivered XWSF (eXtended Web Service Framework) — an extensible SOA architecture supporting large cable and telco clients in Germany and Ireland.
• Core member of the architecture team for Kenan FX — an industry award-winning CRM and billing platform adopted by cable and communications providers across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, and recognized as a leading BSS platform for global telcos. • Led UI/UX architecture, design, and development for Customer Center CRM and the Advanced Configurator — complex, data-intensive interfaces serving carrier-scale customer management and product configuration workflows. • Served as senior developer across multiple enterprise products targeting cable MSOs and communications providers — responsible for end-to-end feature delivery from architecture through integration and production deployment. • Contributed to a 9-year body of work that shaped how the telecommunications industry approached converged billing, CRM, and subscriber management — technology still operating at scale in carrier networks today.
