This provided all government agencies access to funding to implement technology or process improvement to deliver efficiencies and better use of public finances. • Facilitated a workshop for the WA Government Health Service Priority Review (July 2017) on behalf of the Institute of Public Administration with 100 government staff, generating more than 350 improvement initiatives across Leadership, Staff Development, Customer Engagement and System Improvement which supported a formal submission to the review board. • Lead a project team to deliver CBA’s first data collaboration with a client, providing ongoing and 3 years of historical data to enable the client to generate customer analytics, supporting more efficient store and product planning which improved the customer experience going forward.
