Led a large team of professional staff, overseeing all annual capital projects, revenue, operational budgets, investments and environmental programmes. • Designed, developed and managed a project team to carry out the first major station refurbishment programme. Completed under budget, generating over millions in additional revenue. • Established and co-ordinated a strategic business review team tasked to identify opportunities with poor performing outlets. Innovated and facilitated a sell-and-redevelop concept to deliver mulit millions of additional revenues. • Restructured the engineering/projects department of Total UK (which had recently been acquired by Rontec) and had a vast, untenable mulit million budget. Renegotiated all contracts, redefined the new equipment specifications and re-motivated staff, reducing running costs by millions.
