Project Director: Ampol’s $1.1 billion proposed acquisition of EG Australia, owner of ~500 fuel and convenience retail sites nationwide. Transaction announced August 2025, with completion anticipated mid-2026. Accountable for end-to-end delivery, working across strategy, ACCC and regulatory processes, valuation and commercial decision-making. Coordinating due diligence, signing and transaction execution teams, and helping drive integration and synergy plans alongside operating leaders.
