I am an experienced commercial real estate development solicitor dealing with all types of commercial real estate transactions including: individual and portfolio acquisitions; property development, with a focus on commercial, industrial and mixed use developments, including dealing with site set up and subsequent disposals; real estate finance; landlord and tenant; portfolio management; and telecoms transactions. I act for a variety of clients ranging from supermarket retailers to industrial shed developers, lenders and borrowers, landlords, investors and funds. I also have expertise in dealing with alcohol, entertainment and gambling licensing applications and regulatory enforcement, having previously worked as a local government licensing officer and acting for some of the largest pub companies, festivals, nightclubs, international sporting events, leisure attractions, hotels and restaurant chains across the country.
