I am an experienced litigator who specialises in construction disputes. I have experience in disputes relating to active construction projects and in the provision of payment claims / payment schedules under the Construction Contracts Act 2002. I also have experience in claims relating to defects in construction work that have emerged after the work has been completed. I have worked on claims involving builders, architects, engineers, developers, and territorial authorities.
Assisting with a large scale Commercial Litigation matter by preparing correspondence, overseeing the finalisation and filing/service of pleadings/witness statements/expert reports and liaising with the client to keep them informed and obtain instructions as required.
