Accountable for; - the design and implementation of the TSB Risk Management Framework - Oversight of firm wide Operational Risk and Resilience
Part of the TSB Risk leadership team reporting directly to the Chief Risk Officer (Exco-1). Participates in the Executive Risk Committee and the Board Risk Committee. Leads a team of risk and technical experts for the provision of Bank wide 2nd line risk Oversight across all Operational Risk and Resilience areas: Technology, Digital, Operational Resilience, Data Protection, Information Security, Fraud, Change, Suppliers, Payments, People, Reporting, and Property.
