Mission-driven advancement leader with 15+ years of experience building partnerships, growing revenue, and strengthening public engagement around complex, purpose-driven work. Across my career, I’ve helped organizations translate mission into meaningful engagement, sustainable growth, and stronger alignment across teams, partners, and communities. My work has included managing a portfolio of 100+ institutional partners at International Justice Mission, building advancement infrastructure from the ground up within a national nonprofit, and designing global engagement operations spanning 20+ countries, 6 continents and 14 time zones. I’ve developed tiered partnership strategies, built the tools and systems that make cultivation and stewardship repeatable, and helped teams execute with greater clarity and consistency at scale. That approach helped grow institutional partner revenue by 156% at IJM and increase annual revenue by 400% in 18 months in a previous nonprofit leadership role. Before all of this, I was a math major at Columbia who became a pastor, then a nonprofit fundraiser — a path that shaped a leadership style grounded in strategic thinking, public communication, and relationship-building.
In this strategic leadership role, I walk alongside individuals and families to foster a culture of generosity within the Generous Life community. By cultivating relationships and guiding generosity, I ensure that our initiatives are intentionally stewarded and aligned with meaningful Kingdom impact. Collaborating closely with the CEO and supporting the Board, I actively coach market leaders to build a spiritually grounded generosity ecosystem.
