After working with leaders in healthcare to develop compliant and efficient processes, improving patient outcomes, eliminating errors and their associated costs to over 500 hospitals I am looking to transition to another startup or turnaround at a small company or division of a larger organization. Using a client-centered and results-driven approach, we actively engage each staff member to contribute to the checklist design.
