• Responsible for writing system, colour pipeline, printhead servicing and ink waste management (firmware & mechanical) systems design and development for large format graphics printers. Strong multi-discipline system approach along with rigour and attention to detail for consistent successful on-time development. • Management, leadership and development of the 15 engineers in the Print Systems team. Recognised as leading people developer with strong track record in assisting engineers’ growth and development. • Responsible for close and extensive liaison and co-development with printhead and ink teams in US and Singapore/Malaysia, as fully integrated new product platforms development. • Future technology, roadmap and assets development for upcoming product and ink / printhead platforms.
• Responsible for the division's programs / off-cycle R&D for ink delivery systems, for all product segments. • Management of the multidisciplinary team of mechanical, electronics, and firmware engineers. • Highly successful whole system approach led to fast focused innovation for multiple programs in parallel.
