Neopost is a $1.5 billion corporation which supplies and manufacturers mailing and shipping systems. I was responsible for defining go to market strategies for North America, including the development of alternative distribution channels, acquisitions of existing independent distribution, consolidations and or realignment of existing distribution. For the executive team, I created a distribution analysis to identify primary development targets.
