Program Manager for facility build-out and relocation of PAI to new site in Tewksbury, MA. This site is Thermo Fisher Scientific's Portable Analytical Instruments Center of Excellence. 156,000 sq ft facility, including manufacturing floor, controlled environments for optics assembly, small semiconductor fab, MOCVD facility with toxic gas handling, etc. Relocated three businesses from four sites with loss of only one days production. Turned back those sites to the landlords without any problems.
