Planned, designed, built and opened my new craft distilling business in August, 2018 after 31 years working in a number of industries including chemicals, oil & gas, manufacturing, life sciences, food & beverage and management consulting.
Pennsylvania Distilling Company is a grain-to-glass craft spirits producer and marketer.
Responsibilities include execution of continuous improvement initiatives and delivery of business value across North America supply chain, including Procurement, Supply Planning, Warehousing, Logistics and Fulfillment processes. Current initiatives focused on supply planning and procurement improvements within the region and across key integration points within the global supply chain. Key deliverables have included a significant improvement in supply planning across all Lines of Business and institutionalization of best-practice based business processes across the supply chain.
