I work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to simplify complex measurement challenges and help organizations move from uncertainty to proof. Brook Anco Corporation has served North America’s manufacturing and metrology needs since 1958. We partner with engineers from concept through validation and production, delivering precision measurement systems and long-term technical support. Our role is advisory. We lead with application understanding, disciplined evaluation, and measurable outcomes, enabling customers to make confident, data-driven decisions. Industries and environments served include advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, aerospace, automotive, electronics, energy, universities, national laboratories, and applied research institutions where accuracy, traceability, and repeatability are critical.
Advising manufacturing, engineering, university, and laboratory organizations on precision measurement, metrology systems, and validation workflows. Responsibilities include: • Application-driven system selection • Measurement strategy, evaluation, and traceability • Long-term customer support and continuity • Partner coordination where appropriate Brook Anco is the primary point of accountability for every system we deliver.
Family Sabbatical / Personal Leave August 2023 – December 2025 Following the closure of Artisan Center Theater and a season of significant life transition, I took a planned personal sabbatical focused on family and rebuilding after loss. • Remarried and formed a blended family, becoming a bonus father to four teenage boys • Provided stability, mentorship, and support during a critical developmental stage • Used this period for reflection, recalibration, and long-term planning for the next professional chapter This intentional pause strengthened my perspective, leadership maturity, and clarity of purpose, and I am now fully re-engaged professionally.
Helped grow Artisan Center Theater into the largest community performing arts organization in North Texas, working alongside founders DeeAnn Blair and Dorothy Sanders. • Supported the theater’s expansion to serve over 4 million people in the North Texas Community and helped lead operations for a high-volume nonprofit producing year-round plays, musicals, and educational programs. • Supported training thousands of youth in acting, singing, dance, stagecraft, and technical theater. • Collaborated with directors, instructors, staff, and volunteers to deliver hundreds of productions. • Contributed to strategic planning, community outreach, and long-term organizational growth • Supported the theater through its final transition and closure in 2023 following the passing of founder DeeAnn Blair
