As CTO I was responsible for: - the Technology Roadmap and building/managing the required ecosystem within the Hightech Systems domain. - generating New Business opportunities together with the Chief Commercial Officer, . - product development in the Product Creation Process, where the main focus of my role was in phase zero (Business Case) and phase one (Product Requirements & System Architecture). I further build the development team and the competences required for the new mechatronics proposition, in close liaison with the Chief Production Officer, which resulted in the unique V2 proposition. In 2019 MTA has received the DISCA best knowledge award (from LINK magazine).
