With a Bachelors degree in Communications & Marketing, Richard brings over 14 years’ recruitment experience gained in a range of markets in the Netherlands, New Zealand, and now Australia. During this time Richard has held key account management roles in technology supporting the FMCG, retail, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. He now specialises in identifying hard-to-find talent in the data and AI vertical. Richard brings proven leadership skills having built and managed teams of up to 10 specialist technology recruiters, offering contracting, temporary, and permanent placements. His expertise also extends to lending essential support to start-ups and scaling businesses, as well as hosting data-related podcasts and networking events. Richard enjoys making a difference for candidates and companies, understanding the needs of both whilst creating genuine lasting relationships. In true Dutch fashion Richard loves a good quality process and with Richard it is “what you see is what you get”. Outside of work he enjoys going on a hike, camping, and surfing.
