Recently finished a three-year contract with a Denver company that manages telecommunications for property management companies. Duties included providing help desk services for users of an Avaya VoIP system, configuring and managing Meraki WiFi access points at 30+ locations around the country, working with carriers when there were outages or performance issues at sites around the country and troubleshooting network infrastructure issues. Implemented hosted VoIP from Bullseye Telecom. Was awarded the “Homerun” award from a client for problem- solving skills.
Worked with a VoIP provider while they were upgrading policies and procedures for their support call center. Assisted with improving the company's commitment to customer service by working to increase customer satisfaction and helping to meet service level agreements. Helped customers administer their phone networks. Worked to make customer's businesses more efficient by improving call flows creating effective hunt groups, auto attendants and schedules.
Managed seven Windows Servers and one Exchange Server for a non-profit with 4 locations. Upgraded to Windows 2000 on one Active Directory to replace 7 NT 4.0 domains. Installed a 3Com NBX telephone system at 4 locations and administered the system. Reduced this non-profit’s telecommunications spending by several thousand dollars per year.
