My history includes a strong technical background, although I would position myself primarily as a people focused leader, demonstrated by my ability to develop my people and build strong relationships, allowing me to partner with key stakeholders. Thus, ensuring a clear understanding of key business challenges and priorities. I recently completed an Exec MBA at Bath University, finishing in April 2019. The program helped broaden my knowledge and share experiences with peers from a wide range of backgrounds.
