My professional journey has seen me take on leadership roles across Asia, including my recent long term tenure as Head of Project Management Indonesia & previously country head of Philippines at Turner & Townsend, where I focused on data centers, Industrial and commercial projects. Responsible for managing the Philippines office for Turner & Townsend ensuring financial performance, service delivery, business development and the human resources aspects of the business. Achieve/exceed the FY budget in terms of revenue and gross margin metrics managing the Top Down, P&L, WIP and ensuring a YoY growth of the Philippine Business.

Working for the world’s largest privately owned Real Estate Developers as a Regional Project Director / Regional Account Manager. Responsible for Account Management of our corporate clients across Asia and Pacific, providing valuable inputs for projects from feasibility studies, inception, capturing clients’ specific requirements and program and cost forecast. Instigating integrated solutions from a holistic viewpoint to optimise the budget and profit goals / KPIs as well as monitoring progress, risk tracking, mitigation, value engineering and benchmarking of projects delivery.
