About

- I am a senior board executive with over 30 years experience in finance, investment and advisory with companies including A-Gas International, Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) and KPMG. - After 13 years, I have recently (June 2026) stepped down as CFO at A-Gas International, the global leader in the lifecycle management of refrigerants gases and associated products and services. For over 30 years, A-Gas has been recovering, reclaiming, and repurposing refrigeration gases, in many countries around the world for future re-use or destruction, and preventing their harmful release into the atmosphere. - The Group generates over $500m of revenue pa and has expanded rapidly during my time as CFO, through both organic growth initiatives and acquisitions. - The business is currently backed by TPG and KKR, following the sale of the business in December 2023, prior to which KKR was the majority owner since 2017. - During my tenure at A-Gas, the business has grown revenue by 4x and expanded from operating in 6 countries to 14, increasing headcount by at least 4x. - Moving forward I will be supporting the business in a non-executive capacity as it continues to expand and deliver on its strategic plan with the help of our existing investors.
