- Senior/Lead PMO supporting the Global Horizon Migration Programme, including the creation, resourcing and training of 440 new offshore roles for two offshore locations in Mauritius and Manilla. Transitioning 15 different financial service lines from 11 global sending locations based in UK, CD &I, Continental Europe, US, Asia and Caribbean. Multiple function offshoring including Fund Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Corporate Secretariat, Private Wealth, AML/KYC and others. - 6 month contract to drive and support the execution phase of the programme to successful programme closure Nov/Dec 2023. - Role included all typical programme oversight, assurance and governance responsibilities including multiple senior steering packs; ensuring all PM’s followed all delivery and reporting standards plus internal lifecycle deliverables/artefacts and milestones; material focus on all delivery KPI’s and offshore headcount benefit realization (programme delivered and exceeded headcount and P&L benefit targets). - Co-ordination and where required escalation of programme and project RAIDs and Change Control. - Financial tracking, QA and reporting. - In addition, Hybrid PM/PMO role for the new India offshore location for the 2024 growth strategy.

Scope included; - Initiate, shape and manage the complex transition and integration of the remaining Captives territories to Oracle R12.1.3 by August 2020 (formerly May 2020) - Guernsey, Isle of Man, Malta, Singapore and Labuan (Malaysia) - Project workstream construct was technology, accounting operations, transitions and change management / communications. Approach was based on a single simultaneous delivery - Transition Accounting Operations to the new Marsh TOM for these territories
