    Responsible for the strategic managment and development of PPL's public performance licensing plus the licensing of commercial copying and anti piracy operations. Overall responsibility for developing PPL’s range of public performance tariffs. In 2013/14 development of existing and new tariffs generated an additional £9m in revenue. Provide strategic advice and guidance to PPL’s operations and legal enforcement teams in relation to both the implementation of tariffs and general policy and strategic aims. Introduced a new induction and ongoing training programme for call centre staff in 2014 reducing both staff turnover and customer complaints. Manage PPL’s public performance enforcement process and act as PPL’s sole witness in any enforcement proceedings. Overall responsibility for the dubbing revenue and profit budget. Increased profit by £5m per annum since taking control of the team in 2009 and exceeded budget every year. Provide advice on copyright legislation and act as an expert witness for the BPI Anti-Piracy Unit. Acted in over 20 successful criminal prosecutions in the past four years.
