About
I received my doctorate in mechanical engineering in 2013 from the University of Florida with my dissertation focused on oxidation reaction kinetics and how they influence thermal cycle efficiency for solar energy storage. My interests as an engineering scientist are in thermal energy systems that pertain to alternative energy applications such as concentrated solar energy, fuel cells and chemical looping.
