Collaboratively worked as a team with other Danaher OPCOs to develop social media brand building and to offer customers XOPCO total workflow solutions. • Led European BREXIT planning to establish a 2 year UK operations centre to mitigate BREXIT and COVID supply chain risks resulting in >90% OTD. • Oversaw monthly payroll for 80 UK and German employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company and legal standards. As General Manager, I had oversight of Phenomenex's business. In addition, I partnered with our M&A Team to develop a European High Growth Markets Channel and "Go direct" model for Phenomenex. • Key Responsibilities included UK process oversight and management guidance for Phenomenex Limited. • Engagement and collaboration with Channel partners in European to develop unique understanding of market opportunity versus penetration, to better support them building a more successful business strategy. • Development of "Go Direct" business modelling and Strategy which was shared with CEO and Senior Team and subsequently was rolled out eventually leading to 2 new offices resulting in increased revenue and margin.

I did this with a hands-on approach taking direct responsibility for P+L, sales, training, marketing functions for Phenomenex SAS. Achieved breakeven after 2 years.
